Promotion Terms: Merchants must sign up with UrPay for payment processing in accordance with our standard merchant services agreement provided upon application for a minimum term of 12 months. Merchants who complete sign up in the month of August will be eligible for the POS equipment listed in the promotion. Any additional POS equipment required will need to be paid for by the merchant. Prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
